Role: Professionals working on their own projects (e.g., remodeling a kitchen, installing flooring) who detect additional opportunities they are unable to fulfill and wish to refer them to DLUXE.
Rules & Guidelines for Partnership
Eligibility & Qualifications
Open to licensed or experienced professionals working independently (e.g., contractors, tradespeople, specialists).
Must have reliable contact channels and a professional approach.
Referral & Collaboration Process
Partners identify client needs during their projects and refer these opportunities to DLUXE.
All referrals must include accurate client contact information and project details.
Referral & Compensation
Upon successful project award, partners receive a Finder’s Fee ranging, based on project scope and value.
If the partner participates as a subcontractor, they will also earn an additional production bonus at project completion, calculated according to the scope and total estimated cost of their work.
Professional Conduct
Partners must act ethically, honestly, and professionally in all interactions.
Misrepresentations or unethical behavior may result in termination of the partnership.
Project Participation & Standards
Partners participating as subcontractors must adhere to DLUXE’s quality standards, safety protocols, and project timelines.
Confidentiality
All client and project information must be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of the referral and collaboration.
Termination & Amendments
DLUXE reserves the right to terminate the partnership at any time.
The program rules may be updated periodically, and partners will be notified of any changes.
Step-by-Step Referral Process
1. Identify Clients & Projects
During their own project work, partners spot other client needs such as siding, decks, roofing, or additions. Introduce DLUXE Construction.

2. Share Lead Details

3. If the project is awarded:
