Role: To actively search for customers and projects within their network, area, or community, sharing the information with DLUXE to facilitate quoting and closing business.

Eligibility & Qualifications  

Open to independent professionals, supervisors, trade specialists, and individuals with an active network in residential or commercial construction, remodeling, or restoration.

Must have a reliable communication channel (WhatsApp, email, phone).

Lead Submission  

Leads must be genuine and accurately detailed, including client contact info, project scope, and location.

All leads should be shared promptly via the designated digital form or WhatsApp.

False or misleading information will disqualify the lead and may terminate the partnership.

DLUXE will handle all client interactions after the lead is shared.

Lead Generators are encouraged to maintain transparent communication and coordinate with DLUXE’s sales team for updates.

Lead Generators who choose to execute projects as subcontractors must adhere to DLUXE’s quality standards and terms.

All subcontractor agreements must be approved by DLUXE before work commences.

Compensation & Payments  

Finder Fees will be paid after project award and upon project completion, or as otherwise agreed.

Payments are based on the total contract value, ranging from $300 to $1,000.

Volume bonuses are paid monthly based on the total volume of sourced projects.

Confidentiality & Non-Compete  

Lead Generators agree to keep client information and project details confidential.

They shall not solicit DLUXE clients or projects directly for personal gain outside of this partnership.

Ethical Conduct  

All Lead Generators must act professionally, honestly, and ethically in their dealings.

Any unethical behavior, dishonesty, or violation of rules may result in termination of the partnership.

Termination  

DLUXE reserves the right to terminate the partnership at any time, with or without cause.

Upon termination, unpaid commissions or bonuses will be processed according to the terms.

DLUXE may revise these rules periodically.

Lead Generators will be notified of updates and are expected to comply.

By participating as a Lead Generator, you agree to abide by these rules and guidelines, ensuring a fair and productive partnership.

1. Identify Clients & Projects  

Find clients interested in remodeling, restoration, or construction services within your network, neighborhood, or community.

2. Share Lead Details  

Submit project information via a digital form or directly through WhatsApp to DLUXE’s sales team, including contact details, project scope, and location.

3. Schedule Inspection/Visit  

DLUXE arranges an on-site inspection or consultation with the client to assess the project scope and requirements.

4. Project Finalization & Compensation  

When the project is awarded to DLUXE, the Lead Generator can choose to:

Execute as a subcontractor for the project.

Refer the client to DLUXE and earn a Finder Fee ranging, depending on the total contract value.

5. Ongoing & Volume Bonuses  

For recurring or multiple projects sourced, Lead Generators are eligible for monthly volume bonuses based on the total volume of business generated.
