My wife and I did a large addition/kitchen remodel in 2022. Anwar and his team at Dluxe did a phenomenal job, finishing the project within days of the original estimated time (a 6 month project). Anwar is very detail oriented and from day 1, we felt that we had the right team working for us. Ours was not a simple project as we sit on a ridge, making many parts of the job a challenge. We had 4 estimates given to me by several contractors to complete a remodel of our sunken living space library area after water flooded the room with the winter storms. Anwar from Dluxe Construction came to our property during the remediation process and listened to what we were hoping to do, and went through our Pinterest boards and magazine photos with us. Anwar has a very creative decorator's eye but also was able to tell us what was and wasn't possible for the space. He knew exactly where to meet us and source the gorgeous wood facade for the fireplace remodel, helping us find the perfect electric fireplace. He helped us salvage and redesign the existing built-in bookcase, which turned out better than We envisioned.

We met with a couple of contractors to build us an ADU and then with Dluxe Construction. During the appointment Anwar took the time to explain all the details like costs, timelines, finishes, warranties, expectations etc... He also offered to help us design the space so that it looks great. Now our ADU is finished and looks awesome. Their team did an outstanding job. We are so glad that we hired them, and highly recommend them for any construction jobs. They are honest and care about their clients.
